Dementia and Caring for someone who lives alone (bitesize)

What I liked about this Dementia Help Sheet (link below):

  • There is a lot to do and this help sheet makes sure I have the fundamentals covered.

Key points I extracted from this Help Sheet:

  • How do I know they wake up in the morning?
  • How do I know they get up in the morning?
  • How do I know they go to the toilets in the morning?
  • How do I know they have breakfast?
  • How do I know they take their medication?
  • How do I know who is with them?

What I do:

  • Again, I cannot be with my mother all the time, so I use a lot of cheap effective tech.  It is the 21st century after all.  Then again, with my job, I would!

Author of this blog (Transparency):

  • I work for CPR Global Tech and, for personal reasons, like many people, I have had to learn a lot about dementia the hard way.  As there is a natural forum on our website, it makes sense for me to share info here.
