FAQS FOR THE WATCH
1. What's included in the box
In the box, you receive your Watch, Sim Reference Card, QS User Guide, Sim Removal Tool and Charging Cable.
2. Fall detection with adjustable levels
You have 3 levels of Fall Detection. High, Medium and Low which can be changed in the App.
3. SOS personal alarm features
The SOS personal alarm allows the watch to call your emergency contacts after it generates an Alarm for 40
seconds.
4. GPS location
The Guardian III will pull an accurate GPS Location within 2 metres (Outside) every 10 minutes
Automatically, which can be adjusted.
5. WiFi location
There is no WIFI tracking available for does have a Home Zone which connects to the home WIFI instead of a
Geo Zone.
6. Two way calling
You can make and receive calls from the watch. You can only call contacts that are added via the app.
7. Heart rate monitor
The Guardian III will pull your HR every 20 minutes automatically. This can be adjusted.
8. Medication remiders
You can set up to 3 medical reminders on the device.
9. Pedometer (steps)
Steps will be counted on the watch and transferred over to the App.
10. SIM
The sim is a Chameleon Sim which has access to all the Major network providers.
11. Service Plan
We have 3 services plans available. Bronze, Silver and Gold.
12. Portal for Multiple Business Users
You will have all your watches in one place, All alerts and watch information is available from here.
13. GDPR
We are fully GDPR compliant and all of our data is stored on our AWS Server.
14. OTA (Over The Air) updates
Any updates done to the watch will be done over the air.
15. 8 languages
The 8 Languages available are: English, French, Italian, Spanish, Chinese, German, Spanish and Portuguese.
16. IP67 (Water Resistant)
It can be worn in the shower and outside in the rain (DO NOT SUBMERGE IN WATER)
17. Live Tech Support
We have experienced Technical Support Staff both on the phone and our Live Chat where we can speak in
different languages if needed.
18. Battery life
Straight out the box, the watch will last just over 48 hours on the default settings before needing to be
charged.
19. Accidental damage cover
For 9.99 if your Guardian III is lost, damaged etc. We will replace it for you the very next day.
20. Returns Policy
CPR Guardian comes with a 14 day returns policy, if you would like to return your CPR Guardian for any
reason within the 14 days returns policy please contact us within 14 days for us to send out a free post
returns label, once received your refund will be issued within 7 working days.
