The CPR Guardian is an easy to use standalone mobile phone watch with intergrated sim card. Family and Relatives can monitor the location and wellbeing of the wearer remotely by using the CPR Guardian mobile APP for Android and iOS. If a check in call is needed carers can also voice call the watch and speak to the wearer.

  • Set geo safety zones.

    Safety Zones are a virtual radius around a location, like home or the park. Receive APP alerts every time the wearer enters or leaves a Geo-Zone.

Good functionality. Poor battery life

Disappointing malfunctions and technical support.

Delivered to me on 21 April the fall alert has been going off for no reason from day one. The technical team made two attempts to adjust the sensitivity but on 27 April I was asked to return it for resetting. It got back to me on 30 April but the alert is repeatedly going off. Sadly on 1 May It became apparent that the watch was no longer able to connect to the mobile phone network. I have been sending messages by phone and e-mail every day since. The watch is still on my wrist but essentially useless. I have received assurances when I have phoned that I will be contacted by the technical support team a.s.a.p but at 16.30 on 4 May I am still waiting to hear CPR’s proposed way forward. Returned and complained

We gave this watch our best try. But the truth is its just not good enough from a quality perspective. Very poor battery life meaning turning off features to get it to maintain a bit longer. Issues with charging station which is unpredicatable menaing chunks of time where the watch can’t be worn due to charging. Far too sensotive. Mum had lots of sleepless nights due to the watch going off randomly. The whole experience stressed her out and we stuck with it for 2weeks but have returned for full refund.

Broken promises

The watch has not worked properly since I received it on Friday 8th April. It took two calls to set it up despite Gareth saying a technician would call to talk me through the set up . As it was the weekend No one did and I wasted three days of the next week waiting by the phone, two of which admittedly I was away until 4 p.m. which I had informed you. I phoned and emailed before I managed to get Tom Clapham on the 14 April who rectified the problem with the set up. Basically it was not recognising me nor my address, so I was not able use the watch until the 14th April, I then realised that the fall alert was going off randomly .Also The screen face does not give enough time to press any button before it disappears meaning that unnecessary emergency calls were made to my neighbour .I phoned and spoke to Lewis who said he would get Tom to ring me back, but nothing happened until the next afternoon when I nearly had an accident whilst driving. I sent an email Friday 15 explaining but that was interpreted by the virtual assistant as a query re call blocking. As it was Easter I did not expect anyone to reply. By 19/20.? I contacted Tom or he contacted me, (not sure) explained my near miss was caused by the watch and
TOM said it needed to be returned and a return label would be sent out by email for me to print off. Again nothing received. I have switched the fall alert off as it is dangerous to drive with it on ,as just accelerating causes it to activate. I also sent a request for a vat refund together with proof of the prescriptions I needed for chd, high blood pressure and cancer, just after I received the watch around the .11th .Again no refund, no acknowledgment. It is now Friday 22 nd, and I doubt whether anyone will phone over the weekend. All I want is to return this faulty watch and receive one which has been tested to ensure the above faults are not a batch problem, presumably the same sim will be installed, and I can, as it is advertised, use it straight from the box.

Never received my watch as they had put the wrong address lots of hassle trying to get the watch re delivered then unable to set the watch up even after three times going via customer services

Battery runs down quickly

Battery only lasts about 11 hours we had seen info that claimed up to 36 hours

I was disgusted with the lack of interest following my complaint re monthly charge. Unfortunately I am obliged to use your way so will be paying yearly from tomorrow

Fine but for one point

The service and the watch were fine but the position of the call button could be difficult to find if someone was feeling ill and confused. Regretably returned it with no bother or problem.
