Privacy in CPR Guardian
CPR Guardian operates a service that allows you to voice message, check health metrics and track the location of a Guardian device wearer through our software which we make available through our apps and our website https://www.cprguardian.com (the "Service").

 

To deliver the services CPR Guardian will collect and use your location data and additional personal data. We will make our best effort to both anonymize and aggregate all data to ensure privacy.

"Personal Data" means personal and personally identifiable information you place, post, or make on the CPR Guardian site and App about yourself. “Personal Data” includes all information about a person, including but not limited to name, email address, telephone number, physical address, gender, age, photographs or images, payment methods and any other personally identifiable or biographical information.

When you use the CPR Guardian site and App, you may provide us with Personal Information you knowingly choose to disclose. 

CPR Guardian may share anonymous data with 3rd parties to deliver the service but also for marketing activities. We may share your personal information with third parties outside the Company and its controlled subsidiaries and affiliates in some circumstances, including sharing your personal information, including your location data, with third parties for marketing purposes. We will aggregate or otherwise strip data of all personally identifying characteristics of our data and may share that anonymized and/or aggregated data with third parties. For example, we may share de-identified location data with third parties that analyze location and movement trends.


Additionally, CPR Guardian will share your location data with third parties, including CPR Global Tech, to deliver the services. CPR Global Tech’s data analytics is the only way we can provide you with accurate, meaningful and personalized driver risk profiles, and real-time feedback directly through the app on your mobile device. CPR Guardians processing of personal data makes transportation safer for everyone. Improving road safety is ultimately about encouraging better behaviors by drivers. CPR Global Tech collects personal data from you on the CPR Guardian device, application, and through your mobile device which may include:

  • Geolocation and geospatial data;
  • Heartrate and pedometer data.
  • Mobile device information and application analytics, including IP address;
    Driving event data; and Information provided by you during the CPR Guardian registration and during your use of the CPR Guardian service
  • Phone contacts for use in CPR Guardian device phonebook.
  • Access permission can only be carried out under the scene of modifying the user's avatar and obtaining your authorisation and consent.


CPR Guardian may use your personal data to:

  • Provide services to you
  • Enhance CPR Guardian products and services, including by using your personal data in product development and statistical analysis;
  • For US users only, provide insurance-related products and services, including using personal data to perform profiling activities and to provide you with relevant and personalized advertising.

 

CPR Global Tech stores your personal data for as long as necessary to provide product and services to CPR Guardian, its end-users, and others.
