Keeping connected has never been so easy

The CPR Guardian is an easy-to-use fall alert watch with an integrated sim card. It’s a personal alarm that contacts family. They can view the location and well-being of the wearer remotely by using the Guardian mobile APP for Android and iOS. Caregivers can call the fall detection watch and speak to the wearer if a check-in call is needed.

  • The person monitoring the wearer can set geo safety zones

Safety Zones are a virtual radius around a location, like a home or a park. Receive APP alerts from the personal alarm every time the wearer enters or leaves a Geo-Zone.
  • The person monitoring the wearer can view GPS Location

Wondering off is no longer an issue. Family members or carers can track the fall detection watch wearer's location at any time using the “CPR monitoring” mobile application.
  • Two-way SOS calls

The SOS watch button allows the lone worker device wearer to call 5 pre-set contacts using the built-in mobile phone immediately.
  • The person monitoring the wearer can view Heart Rate

The SOS watch button allows the lone worker device wearer to call 5 pre-set contacts using the built-in mobile phone immediately.
  • Waterproof

The lone worker fall detection watch can be worn in the shower where the risk of falling is more significant.
  • 48-hour battery charge

CPR Guardian lone worker safety alarm lasts up to 4 days and provides low-battery notifications to both the wearer and APP users.
  • Includes multi-network SIM

The embedded CPR Chameleon SIM card provides unrivalled connectivity across the UK and the EU by accessing all major mobile networks.
  • The person monitoring the wearer has an easy to use mobile App

Family and Carers can monitor the location and well-being of the personal alarm wearer remotely by using the CPR Guardian mobile APP for Android and Apple / iOS.

  • The fall detection watch will send its GPS location directly to the carers smartphone APP.
Note: Our CPR Guardian watch's fall detection aims to enhance your safety, but it's not infallible and isn't a replacement for medical care.

Why choose the CPR Guardian?

CPR Guardian (CPR Global Tech Ltd) has been designing and manufacturing telecoms product for more than 10 years. Since 2010 we have helped over 1,000,000 people stay safe inside and outside their homes, supporting customers and their families across the UK, USA, and the rest of the world.

Unlike other fall detection watch providers, we run our own mobile SIM network (CPR Chameleon) which provides unrivalled connectivity across the UK and the EU by accessing all major mobile networks. When the signal from one operator is low or lost, CPR Chameleon will automatically connect to another available operator, ensuring you always have a good connection wherever you are. Running our own mobile network also allows us to diagnose problems and provide solutions in a fraction of the time.

CPR’s technical support team are on hand via phone, live chat, or email to assist with any issues or questions you may have.

Our data and applications are processed and stored securely on GDPR compliant Amazon AWS servers hosted in London, UK. We conduct regular security penetration tests on our applications and databases to further ensure your data is always secure.

If I had sat down to write a review for CPR Guardian III a few months into the purchase I would have been a satisfied customer. With two way contact through the watch, an SOS button for emergency alerting and the thought that certain data was recorded for me to check on the wearer’s condition on an app gave me freedom to leave the house for a few hours confident I would not return again to someone who had been in pain on the floor for some time and in distress.
I forgave the device for very poor volume and so got used to being the mad woman shouting down the phone in the supermarket in answer to a needy call from the wearer.
However, after a working period, issues began to arise and I had to learn to navigate the customer help from the one agent at the end of a general phone line for month upon month. I reverted to the feeling of insecurity because of the unreliability of the service. After spending ( to me) a lot of money on the watch—- the price has drastically come down now—I felt I couldn’t afford to just give up! I should have moved on though quicker because I have now found a similar device which also works on a sim package, picking up the best signal available and I have had 3 bar connections no problem. This new company have a dedicated helpline with a caring, helpful team and even check in on the customer periodically. I cannot believe the difference!!
Yes, I do not have all the bells and whistles the Guardian offers but then, when they don’t work reliably there is not much point in them. I pop to the shops or see friends socially safe in the knowledge the watch wearer is safe at home able to raise help at the press of a button ALL the time.
I have got my life back again!! I would not go back to using the CPR Guardian watch.
Anyone want it!!????
